Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience.

Other then the visual design,

the two main differences between the models are as follows:

In the MX22, the electronic components are hardwired, slope is 6dB/Oct. (+/-3dB steps)

In the MX22.2 the electronic components are PCB mounted, slope is 6/12dB/Oct. (+/-2dB steps)
