ראיתי את המיאטה הזאת עם הפנסים הפתוחים חונה כל הזמן בתחנה..

חשבתי כבר שהיא למכירה.. בד"כ המכוניות שחונות שם יש עליהן שלטים של מכירה.. :wink:

אני זוכר הייתה תקופה שחנתה שם חודשים איזה טויוטה סיליקה לבנה למכירה.. :roll:

מי שמודד את התקדמותו, הצלחתו ואושרו בצורה יחסית לאחרים, לעד ישאר מתוסכל;

תמיד יהיה שכן עם גינה גדולה יותר, דשא ירוק יותר ומכסחת-דשא חדשה יותר.

Well, I originally thought of identifying the miata owners around and see what have you done to your cars, especially regarding rollover protection which is very much ON topic, I guess one of the moderators decided this is an off-topic thread by mistake

 

.Anyways I was curious if any of you guys ever thought about installing a roll bar on his miata

- This is one painful subject that I have no idea if any of you guys that own miatas or other convertibles ever gave a serious thought to

 

!Installing a roll bar on your car can save your life

 

It is the cheapest life insurance you can buy and a very effective one, no one plans on rolling over their car, but let's realize as the adults that we are that stuff can happen to me and you even when were not planning on it and regardless of our level of driving - oil or coolant leaks on the road will take any hint of control that you have on the car and let the laws of physics do the rest if you happen to drive into one... we can also be mature enough to admit that we like to fool around with the car once in a while, right? we didn't buy miatas to drive them like a bunch of grandmas did we?

:wink: we sure didn't

 

Anyways, here are pix that I linked on another recent thread too of miatas that went upside-down as well as a diagram of the lines that might be drawn in case of a roll over, and you can easily see in the pics how it looks like in reality, so please, give it some good consideration, rollbars aren't expensive at all and can be installed by anyone that's handy with the tools in just a few hours

 

Yes, I know it will be a pain in the a$$ to go through the change of vehicle's

structure process, but I'm sure that seeing the pictures can convience not only you how important it really is to have a roll bar... convertibles weren't meant to go upside down

 

...Remember - no one PLANS on rolling his car but shit happens I know I already wrote it
